Job Title: SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant

Location: Austin, TX/Atlanta, GA – Remote

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate Range: $52.33 - $55/hr

Job Description

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business units and configure them in SmartRecruiters and Avature
• Defect investigation in SmartRecruiters and Avature
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience required in Smart Recruiters and Avature
• 4+ years' experience with integration of recruiting systems and Workday HRIS Responsibility level
• Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Required Skills: SmartRecruiters, Avature, Workday, HCM, HRIS.
