JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Marketing Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire a Clinical Faculty member (assistant or associate) to teach a range of courses at the undergraduate and professional graduate level, beginning in Fall 2025. Key responsibilities might include delivering and managing courses in Introductory Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Strategic Brand Management, Advertising, or related topics, mentoring students, and service-related activities as needed by the department.
Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have the relevant academic background in Marketing and Consumer Behavior (including a PhD by the start of the appointment), and practical experience including at least 5 years of undergrad teaching. This is a three-year, fixed-term renewable appointment. This position is based in University Park, Pennsylvania. Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with the background and experience of the chosen candidate.
