License: RN License (State-specific License) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Must-Have: - Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care- Experience in medicine or surgical step-down Job Description: - Work in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Unit focused on burn trauma and ICU care.- Care for critically ill patients, including trauma, head trauma, burns, and surgical patients.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.- Utilize strong critical thinking and organizational skills daily.- Demonstrate excellent communication for effective collaboration with medical professionals.- Adapt to a dynamic environment and maintain continuous learning in critical care.
