Weekly Pay Range - $2688 To $2986 Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) - Robotics Job Specialty: Operating Room RN Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12.0 hour shifts, rotating days/evenings/nights with every other weekend, holiday, on-call, callback, and charge duties as needed Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum two years in an operating room, level 1 trauma experience preferred License: New York RN License Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Preferred, American Heart Association- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Must-Have: - DaVinci Robotic Surgery Experience- Completion of RN First Assistant program- Proficient in perioperative nursing- Ability to scrub and circulate preferred Job Description: - Collaborate with the surgeon and healthcare team to perform safe operations with optimal outcomes for patients.- Practice perioperative nursing with acquired knowledge, skills, and judgment specific to clinical practice in the operating room and RNFA role.- Function in collaboration with and under the direction of the surgeon during the operative phase.- Perform duties of OR staff RN when not assigned as RNFA.- Preferred experience in robotic urology, gynecology, colorectal, surgical oncology, thoracic, and general surgery procedures.- No weekend work required but includes evening call and rotating holiday requirements.Please apply if you meet these requirements and have the requisite experience and certifications.
