Job Pay: $20.00/Hour + Tips + Healthcare* + Paid Time Off (PTO) or Paid Sick Leave (PSL)*

Job Description:

Hard workers with a good attitude needed, we pay top-dollar+tips and expect top-dollar personalities.

This job is a hybrid position, you will be dealing directly with the customer and also working as the cook (fryers, ovens, grill, etc.). This job is fast-paced, and you will be on your feet for your entire shift, time to lean time to clean. Your success in this job will require you to work as a team player with coworkers from both your department and several others. This is an all-inclusive position in the kitchen. Daily tasks will include cooking, serving, cleaning, dishes, deep-cleaning, helping other departments, and much more.

Requirements:

· A strong work ethic and moral compass

· Cleanliness is a must, including keeping your work area clean and organized even when busy

· Proven experience and references

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work with a team

· Ability to learn

· Ability to keep calm under busy times – hotheads need not apply

· Ability to listen to directions

· Ability to take constructive direction, with a sense of humor

· Approval for background check
