  • Operate company provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from both commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used.
  • Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding conditions, equipment issues, and completed tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations of equipment.
  • Maintaining good attendance and arriving as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for.
  • Hours will typically be between 11:00pm to 8:00am. We are also hiring a few daytime operators. Please note: hours and times could fluctuate more or less based on routes, snow event, and/or weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from loader location.
  • Previous experience operating salt spreader or similar heavy machinery preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
  • Must be 18 years or older to work nighttime hours.
