EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid drivers' license.
- Must be available for day or night shifts including weekends on a flexible basis.
- 2-3 years of winch cat experience required.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for grooming trails in a reasonable period of time.
- Responsible for building and maintaining ramps and digging out lift stations.
- Responsible for building and maintaining terrain parks.
- Responsible for training and monitoring progress of less experienced staff.
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
- Provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests.
- Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
