As a full-time manager, you will work closely with our landscape maintenance, fertilizer, and snow teams to maintain high quality residential and commercial properties in the landscaping and snow seasons. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Here's a little about the position: The manager works very closely on a well-established book of business for both residential and commercial accounts (landscaping and snow).Regular customer communication and quality checks keep this manager busy, ensuring that we give our customers the assistance they need all year long.Daily tasks include monitoring and updating daily maintenance crew schedules and assigning crews to mow, cleanup, bed care, fertilizer, and irrigation service routes.Daily routes will be monitored by the manager to ensure the crews have proper training, that standard operating procedures are being followed, and quality/efficiency checks are being made.Sales will be part of this role, as the manager will analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needsNegotiate contracts and agreements with customers.Update recurring agreements on a yearly basis.The manager will work with the Enhancement Team to ensure enhancements are scheduled and completed.A snow region will be assigned to this manager in the southern NH area. The manager will work with a team of snow operators to manage snow removal and ice control. Responsibilities include regular phone calls and dispatching to team plus answering calls/texts from customers.
