Are you looking for a hands-on, rewarding job with a growing company? Ivory Group LLC is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Removal and Lawn Care Technicians. We specialize in providing top-notch commercial snow removal and lawn care services to office parks, retail centers, and other properties in the St. Louis area.
This position offers consistent work throughout the year, with snow removal during winter months and lawn care services in the spring, summer, and fall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Snow Removal (November–March):
- Operate snowplows, salt spreaders, and snowblowers to clear parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways.
- Apply de-icing materials as needed to ensure property safety.
- Respond promptly to emergency snow removal requests.
- Lawn Care (April–October):
- Perform bi-weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal on commercial properties.
- Use ride-on mowers, string trimmers, and blowers to maintain clean and professional landscapes.
- Apply herbicides to maintain clear fence lines and perimeters.
- General Duties:
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is preferred but not required—we provide training.
- Ability to operate snow removal and lawn care equipment (e.g., plows, mowers, trimmers).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
