SUMMARYBe able to operate various pieces of equipment under varying terrain and conditions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to operate equipment safely and responsibly. Keeps equipment running by checking and replenishing fluids and making minor repairs to the equipment. In the winter, keeps parking lots sanded and plowed, maintaining a sand and plow log book that needs to be kept up to date. Must help with any shoveling around the base area. When not operating equipment, must be able to work in other departments to help where needed. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to operate dump truck, plowing equipment, sander, skid steer, etc. PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
