Snow Removal

Our company is currently looking for local, hardworking, reliable individuals to fill open positions for Snow Laborers (Sidewalk Crew), Snow Plow Drivers and Bobcat Operators to perform snow removal at commercial and residential properties we service across Hampshire and Hampden County.

Applicants should have at least 1 year experience in general labor roles, a valid driver's license and be able to perform strenuous work in cold temperatures for extended periods of time in winter conditions that could be intense. Drivers should have experience operating small hydraulic equipment. Hoisting license and experience with Bobcats, a plus.

Please note: Snow crews only work when there is snow or ice. This job is part-time and temporary based on winter weather. We provide as much notice as possible for incoming winter weather events, this is an ON-CALL position. When it snows, you'll have work!

We are looking for workers with:

• Willingness to work in all winter weather conditions.
• Reliable Transportation which includes the ability to report to your assigned location on time in any weather.
• Reliability and commitment to the full winter season, must be available 24/7 during storms.
• Must be able to work safely and dress appropriately for the elements, which include extreme conditions and long hours.
