Overview:
We take groomed snow very seriously and we're seeking someone as passionate as we are about corduroy. Snowcat Operators must be able to safely and efficiently operate their machines with little supervision and use experience, judgment, and creativity to plan and accomplish their goals each shift. Operators must have an understanding of and a willingness to adhere to safety standards. Knowledge of grooming equipment, grooming standards, and the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends is a must. Additional knowledge of terrain parks is extremely helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Groom all trails as assigned
- Ensure that equipment is fueled and shoveled off at the end of each shift
- Track all time spent on trail grooming and projects
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Relevant experience operating similar equipment
- Must be familiar with ski industry and have knowledge of grooming equipment
- Maine drivers' license and a clean driving record is required

- Wages range from $19 to $27 per hour, depending on experience
