Title / Position: Assistant Director, SnowsportsPosition type: Seasonal, Full time; Hourly, Non-ExemptReports to: Director of SnowsportsBromley's focus is on guest relations and ski/snowboard instruction. We are looking for an Assistant Snowsports Director who is team-oriented to help lead our snow sports department. We are looking for outgoing, confident individuals that desire a challenge.Summary: Primary role is to help manage the Ski & Snowboard School, provide leadership to supervisors and instructors, interact with guests, and provide instruction to guests learning to ski or snowboard.Duties and Responsibilities: Hire, train, schedule, and record time and other employment records of employees to meet anticipated business demands.Ensure that the proper methods of instruction are used.Provide the best care possible to guests.Participate in designing and implementing any new programs for school use.Oversee various school operations to ensure they are operated in a professional manner.Directly monitor KidsRule.Directly monitor all different school programs.Develop and monitor the Ski & Snowboard School budget.Monitor ongoing expenses/purchases for programs.Provide weekly communication meetings with admin and supervisory staff.Ensure the completion of daily/weekly safety checklist.Run line-ups.Have a working knowledge of the Sirius software computer program.Other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
