Join us.About the TeamThe Global Integrated MarComs (IMC) team is looking for a strategic, creative and results-oriented Social Content Manager in New York who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment. This role will lead social content for TikTok for Business social channels in many ways: implementing social organic and paid strategy (with a strong understanding of social media channel trends and behaviours), managing social agency to plan, execute and deliver content, managing XFN teams to support content, following metrics and results to suggest optimizations and improvements, understanding social channel nuances and supporting both proactive and reactive consumer response and social strategy. The successful candidate will be a social media expert with a social-first vision and holistic understanding of how to plan, create, engage and measure on social channels, organic and paid.The ideal candidate is passionate about social and is capable of managing TikTok's B2B online presence across multiple channels, including paid platforms. This person has excellent communication skills and a pulse on what needs to be done by connecting all social dots in order to best deliver against a social plan. The Social Content Manager is our main Social Media POC, so the expectation is for them to be an organized, reliable, collaborative and communicative leader that navigates well on always changing environments.Responsibilities - Provide subject matter expertise on how organic and paid social should work together and is able to work with the team to execute the strategy for it.- Optimize strategies for the TT4B social presence to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met, using data and insights from our community to identify opportunities. - Plan the TT4B social content calendar, and execute and report strategy on the monthly content plans for all social media channels.- Owns the operation of our social channels including: managing editorial calendars, publishing posts, building partnerships with XFN teams, delivering and implementing processes.- Support paid social strategy delivering campaigns that drive sales and growth of the business.- Own relationship with agency, keeping track of resources, projects, timelines and new briefings.- Find ways to use social media and content to deepen our relationship with our business audiences and leverage organic marketing efforts to reach users in meaningful and engaging ways.- Stay abreast of social media marketing, content strategies and trends and make recommendations on how the brand can stay a step ahead to engage and inspire audiences in new ways.- Support the creation of analytics reports on a regular and one-off cadence depending on need; leverage insights to inform future content and strategy shifts.- Facilitate and quickly manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot issues.- Manage a small social team, developing their career and skills while helping them navigate roadblocks and delivering impact.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience working with social content and strategy.- Proven experience in the design and implementation of previous social media campaigns and their measurable outcomes.- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management.- Comfortable with working with social measurement and data.- Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, in an agency or digital marketing environment (2+ years).- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, such as Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Programmatic Display platforms.- Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools or similar platforms, to measure and report campaign performance.Preferred Qualifications- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of building relationships across teams and acting as a subject matter expert within the greater marketing org.- Creative, proficient TikTok-first thinker.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
