Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist at Martin Binder Jeweler in Valparaiso, IN. The Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating brand messages effectively to the target audience.
Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and Linkedin
- Coordinate content creation efforts, website updates, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
- Manage email distribution lists, pulling, reporting and monitoring performance metrics
- Write engaging posts, develop visual content (images, videos), and craft compelling captions for social media platforms
- Plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals, including target audience identification and content calendar creation
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, addressing customer concerns, and fostering positive interactions
- Track and analyze marketing metrics such as web traffic, social media engagement and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
- Review all written and digital content for accuracy, errors, relevance, and adherence to brand style and guidelines
- Monitor live sites to ensure sites are displaying properly and providing a positive user experience; manage all web analytics; recommend and implement enhancements to improve user experience; collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters and leadership on department wide marketing
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and incorporating them into strategy
- Utilize features and functionalities of different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement
- Work alongside existing digital marketing resources (agencies, etc) to ensure alignment and best practices in social media advertising
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications and touchpoints
- Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, community events, and industry related networking opportunities
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Digital Marketing and Marketing expertise
- Strong communication skills

- Understanding of SEO and analytics

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
