Job Summary The Social Media and Marketing Associate will manage Winston Retail's marketing content and streamline processes within the organization. The focus will be on elevating the brand and innovative strategy. Responsibilities Job Duties Social Media Strategy & Management: Partners with the Marketing Design Manager in the conceptualizing of social media & marketing strategies and campaigns to meet brand objectives and enhance engagement across multiple platforms while also leading the execution of marketing content calendars and providing recommendations on partners, which includes managing posting/scheduling of approved content. Creative Collaboration: Collaborates with teams across the agency to devise proactive solutions for creating and activating high-quality content, creating well-designed decks that position the agency as an innovative thought leader for existing and potential clients, and developing social media content including creating and editing dynamic assets aligned with brand guidelines that resonate with the intended audience. Results Driven: Oversees the reporting process, social media tools like GAIN App and social platform analytics to evaluate campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and extract insights for ongoing improvement to shape future initiatives Manages and delegates responsibilities to partners and agencies Fosters relationships with our online community and contributes to community management efforts on client social media channels Proactively suggests ideas and pinpoints trends, hashtags, the competitive landscape, platform updates, and tools to ensure alignment with our target audience Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in social media & marketing preferably in a B2B setting Management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Outbound Marketing, and B2B Sales Tools Strategy Implementation: Showcases a track record of effectively crafting and implementing social media strategies that propel audience growth, enhance engagement, and elevate brand recognition Creative & Writing Excellence: Displays creative thinking skills, adept writing skills, and a meticulous eye for detail Analytical Acumen & Algorithm Familiarity: Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and knowledge about social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across various platforms Reporting Skills: Proficient with tools and services for effective social media reporting Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace, showcasing adaptability and resilience Education and Experience 2-4 years in a marketing social media role Knowledge of retail or wholesale, preferably in a creative/design environment Experience with process, design, and management capabilities Experience with social platforms What's In It For You?
