The Opportunity:

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Media and Partnerships Supervisor to take the lead in planning, producing, and executing tasks across social media, web, and partnership channels. This role requires a sharp, critical thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while swiftly adapting to changing priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands and influencers.
• Organize sponsorships and collaborations within budget and aligned with company goals.
• Grow and engage social audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of internal marketing and sales strategies.
• Write and update blog content via WordPress and post regularly.
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, including copywriting and asset curation.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• A marketing strategist passionate about digital engagement and branding.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and quickly learn new tools and techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in photo editing and graphic design (a plus).
• Video editing experience (a plus).

Qualifications:

• Language: English (required); Spanish or Italian (a plus).
• Work Location: On-site in Fort Lauderdale.
