Key Responsibilities:
* Support development of annual content and marketing calendars in partnership with Integrated Marketing team
* Execute monthly social media calendars across all organic social channels for Inkbox, Tattly & BodyMark brands
* Partner closely with the Creative team for best-in-class assets to support seasonal campaigns, launches and activations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Merchandising & Sales) for always-on organic social support for DTC, Amazon and retailer channels
* Own social listening by identifying trends and insights to support category awareness, partnering with Insights team to consolidate into actionable reports
* Contribute to ongoing monthly and quarterly social media reports across all organic channels
* Suggest and implement new platform features to support brand and category awareness and elevate our social presence across channels (i.e. shoppability)
* Stay on top of the latest social media industry and pop culture/Internet trends
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1-3 years' relevant experience in social media marketing
* Experience using social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite)
* Experience using social listening tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch)
* Excellent verbal, communication and writing skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong project management skills
* Up to date on pop culture and Internet culture
