SUMMARYPinelake Church is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to lead and enhance our online presence. This role focuses on building meaningful engagement with our community through compelling content, collaboration, and consistent storytelling. - Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
- Assists staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies; and,

- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.

SPECIFIC LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that reflect Pinelake Church's mission and vision. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Team Support & Training: Lead and support social media teams across campuses and ministries, offering training and collaboration to ensure messaging consistency.
- Engagement & Community Building: Connect with our community by monitoring conversations, responding to messages, and fostering an engaging online presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications team to create and execute campaigns, keep messaging cohesive, and stay on top of emerging trends.
- Data & Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and impact.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESWill coordinate work with social media teams made of servant leaders. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent real world experience.
- Proficiency with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience using content calendar tools such as Sprout Social and CoSchedule.
- Skilled in content creation tools like Unfold, InShot, VSCO, and the Adobe Suite.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
