The Social Media and event Coordinator should be able to assist in creating, administering, and monitoring social media content for the Osage Nation. High-level content and coordination should reflect Osage Nation's values, voice, and brand image. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years' equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Logical and efficient
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research into current events and issues, especially those critical to the Osage Nation
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of the Osage Language and Culture
- Working technical knowledge of equipment necessary to achieve success in the position
- Demonstrated some project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding KPI's and defining them precisely for social media
- Tracking the performance of the campaign
- Keeping up with technologies used in social media
- Using social media marketing tools
- Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
