Overview: Social Media Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client's platform to ensure that content adheres to community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates established parameters. This role is key to ensuring a positive social experience for all users.

What you'll do as a Social Media Expert?
* Review content to ensure it meets community guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
* Participate in frequent refresher training to consistently implement appropriate policies.
* Provide trends and insights to develop overall process improvements and make recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
Requisitos
Who are you?
* A Portuguese speaker (C1) level 90%.
* An English and Spanish speaker (B2) level 80%.
* An empathetic, responsible, and proactive person.
* Someone who has multi-tasking skills and the ability to solve any situation.
