About Simcoach Games:

Simcoach Games is dedicated to enhancing lives through the power of gamification. We develop engaging games, apps, and simulations aimed at supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), focusing on behavioral health and autism.

Position Overview:We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help grow our social media presence, drive game sales, and educate our audience on the benefits of our games. You'll create, schedule, and manage content across platforms, engage with our community, and work closely with management to develop strategies that align with Simcoach's brand and our individual game identities.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Design and schedule posts (images, stories, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Tailor content to effectively communicate each game's unique features, benefits, and value to the target audience.
• Collaborate with management and art teams to align posts with the branding of each game.

Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
• Build and foster relationships with followers and potential customers to drive engagement and grow the online community.

Analytics:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at driving game sales on third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, itch.io, Steam).
• Track and analyze social media performance, using insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing social media for brands, particularly in product promotion.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies.
• Ability to work independently and create engaging posts, videos, and visuals.
