Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that inspire engagement, drive conversions, and build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create and schedule social content across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Lead content creation, including static images, videos, and copy, while ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetic.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely execution of posts and campaigns.
- Monitor content performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and sales. Present insights in weekly meetings.
- Create compelling content that turns followers into customers, leveraging trending topics and timely opportunities on social media.
- Engage with followers regularly and respond to community interactions on all relevant platforms.
- Curate and feature user-generated content and customer reviews across social channels and the website.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and adjust content strategies to capture key moments and maximize engagement.
Experience & Education:
- 5+ years of social media management or marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or a similar creative industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape (Shopify experience a plus).
- Proficiency in video editing for social media content.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Deep understanding of lifestyle visual content creation.
- Expertise in social media analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Wrike.
