Our client is a leading Children's apparel brand seeking a creative, strategic, and experienced Social Media Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with brand messaging.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure a regular and timely flow of content.
- Foster and grow an active and engaged
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights.
- Lead and mentor junior social media team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the apparel industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc).
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $85,000-95,000 Commensurate with Experience
Hybrid in NYC offices
