SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATORJOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support the overall marketing and business development of the firm. This candidate will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives and execute comprehensive strategy for the firm's practice groups. This position reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires strong project management skills/ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), as well as video and graphic design capabilities. Candidate should have resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm. SALARY AND BENEFITS: $33.00-38.00/hour Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. JOB DUTIES:
  • Social Media:
    • Maintain and update our firm's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
    • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content sharing.
    • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive online reputation.
    • Create compelling and informative content, including articles, blog posts, graphics, videos, and infographics, that align with our firm's areas of expertise.
    • Collaborate with legal professionals to develop content that educates and informs our audience about relevant legal topics.
    • Leverage your strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing content that enhances engagement and brand recognition.
    • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines.
    • Proactively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, questions, and messages promptly.
    • Foster discussions, encourage user-generated content, and build relationships with our followers.
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordingly to stay relevant and engaging.
    • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize our social media strategy.
  • General Marketing:
    • Work with department, outside team members and consultants to execute firm strategies and campaigns, like publications, social media, and website maintenance, event logistics and coordination
    • Maintain and collaborate with the building of department foundation and structures, including libraries, CRMs, Manuals/SOPs,
    • Research and data collection
    • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as development of marketing materials
    • Assist in logistical planning for presentations and proposals (RFP)
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media role and/or 2+ years of legal marketing, or similar experience in professional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and an understanding of the legal industry is a plus.
  • This position is located in the San Diego office, with a hybrid work option.
