FCP Euro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media professional to join our Marketing team at FCP Euro. As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will leverage your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics to optimize our social media presence and achieve marketing objectives. - Develop and implement strategic social media plans aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling and relevant content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories to engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Work with Creative and Product teams to develop top-notch social media content
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track key KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, creative, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, trends, and competitive analysis to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Paid Digital team to supply/manage content being used for paid social funnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cars and automotive industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Compensation This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $64,000 to $80,000 annually.
