Overview As a Social Service Staff you will assist the Social Services Director/Coordinator in identifying and providing for each residents social, emotional and psychological needs, and the continuing development of the residents full potential during his/her stay at the facility and to assist in the planning for his/her dischargeHow you Will make a difference Assist residents and their families with social, emotional, and family issuesAssist in prividing timely and accurate completion of documentation needed to comply with Facility, State, and Federal policiesParticipate in resident care planning and discharge planningServe as a general source of information for residents and their families What you Need to make a Difference At least one (1) year of experience working in social work, preferably in healthcare settingHigh level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentialityEffective Verbal and Written communication skillsSOCIAL SERVICES ASSISTANT MON THROUGH FRIDAY 8am to 430 pm Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!
