Social Video Producer + Digital CoordinatorEntry-level positionNY | 2024Position Summary
  • Create + edit content and manage social accounts for hospitality clients
DIGITAL + SOCIAL
  • Shoot + edit both video and still for various social media platforms (newsletter, instagram, TikTok)
  • Create + collaborate with the team to develop social first on-brand and compelling assets that fulfill marketing + PR objectives
  • Establish a strong brand voice + write copy for social platforms
  • On-site social coverage of events, as needed and scoped
  • Manage and maintain social media content calendars for assigned accounts drawing from owned content, UGC, lofi content, graphics created through Canva or Photoshop
  • Act as the community manager on assigned accounts, monitoring channels and engaging with followers
  • Monitor upcoming holidays, cultural moments or breaking news to leverage on social as appropriate
  • Field incoming requests from clients for promotional needs on social
  • Publish content on appropriate channels as per content calendar
  • Generate monthly analytics reports and suggest optimizations accordingly
  • Assist agency with the creation of newsletters and maintenance of agency social channels as needed
  • Must be proficient in content editing software (i.e. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc)
ADMIN SUPPORT + ORGANIZATION
  • Update + maintain digital status reports for assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain influencer lists and databases
  • Prepare meeting + call agendas and action items, monthly or weekly activity reports for digital/social clients
EVENTS
  • Assist with client + agency events including, but not limited to: Invite digital tastemakers, onsite attendance, content creation + real time posting, monitoring for post-event social coverage
AGENCY RELATIONS
  • Actively participate in all-team meetings and brainstorms
  • Read the papers, relevant lifestyle + food magazines and websites; monitor for placements of our clients as well as information relevant to the industry to be shared with Becca staff
  • Attend + represent Becca at industry and agency happenings/events
  • CRM: Use and contribute to Copper as an agency asset, building our database regularly
  • Harvest: Use Harvest daily/weekly to track your time and inform pricing and drive account profitability and your own time management
  • LinkedIn + social channels: create content the agency can post across all of our social channels.
  • Client Interaction: respond to clients' requests in a prompt and professional manner, participate in monthly meetings with clients, travel to client offices as needed.
  • Identify agency/team's capability gaps and suggest ideas for recruitment and hiring.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing, technology and production to ensure streamlined operational processes.
  • Attend industry events, entertain, network and be fully immersed in travel, luxury, lifestyle and hospitality.
