281057 - Social Worker-Clinical - Moab, UT - Full Time Direct Hire Sigma Healthcare staffing is currently looking for a LCSW to work onsite in Moab, UT.Shift Information : Monday Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM with occasional Saturdays from 7:30AM to 10:30AMResponsibilities: Patient Care:
- Complete intake, admission, discharge, and transfer paperwork.
- Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Educate patients on all aspects of treatment, related health issues, and steps to recovery.
- Assist in monitoring patient activities on center premises.
- Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Report patient grievances.
Treatment Planning:
- Develop psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain proper licensure and certifications.
- Participate in preparation for surveys and inspections.
Professionalism & Teamwork:
- Attend staff meetings.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Act in the best interests of the program and company.
- Participate in community relations activities.
- Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
