Job Title: Social Worker/Clinical Supervisor

Essential Duties:
- Reviews and approves foster home certifications and recertification's for assessment, quality of care for the children in the agency's care and compliance with OCFS, ACS as well as agency regulations.
- Screening and clinical assessment of potential and certified foster parents.
- Tracking of data and document collection for foster homes pending certification.
- Conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the tracking of data within Excel.
- Collaborate regarding recruitment strategies and retainment strategies.
- Aid and support in foster parent training and compliance.
- In-person collaboration is an essential function of the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a relevant field required; plus, home finding experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
