• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
• LSW licensure required
• Experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
• Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
• Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
