Job Details Job Location : Restoration House - Atlanta, GA Position Type : Full Time Education Level : Master of Social Work Salary Range : $49,680.00 - $62,100.00 Salary/year Job Category : Nonprofit - Social Services Description The Social Worker is a critical member of our ministry by serving women and/or men to efficiently and effectively assist them in overcoming their circumstances by meeting their individual needs and eliminating barriers through resource connection. This role also provides clinical support to a multidisciplinary team and leadership to interns. Essential Responsibilities: Client Support & Case Management: Conduct assessments and develop individualized case plans. Provide case management, crisis intervention, and resource referrals. Collaboration : Work with intake specialists and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. Participate in case reviews and coordinate with external agencies. Resource Coordination & Advocacy: Connect clients to housing, healthcare, employment, and benefits. Advocate for clients' access to services and resources. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client progress and prepare program reports. Program Facilitation: Lead workshops on life skills, housing navigation, and job readiness. Client Empowerment: Build rapport and foster a supportive, empowering environment. Shelter Operations Support: Assist in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and programming. Professional Development: Stay informed on best practices and attend relevant training.
