If this sounds like the kind of place you'd like to work, progress, and play, we'd love to hear from you!Tubing Operators are a skilled and hardworking team who provide a quality tubing experience for resort Mountain Adventure guests. Their off days are spent at Boreal lapping the park, searching for powder stashes, and cruising corduroy. Their workdays are spent outside creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits Tube Town by assisting guests, shoveling, doing area maintenance, setting up safety equipment, maintaining tubes and lane speed controls, and striving to maintain an efficient operation centered around guest safety. Their responsibilities are not just safety-critical but as the staff members that all guests interact with, they help create a positive experience for tubing guests of all ages and skill levels.What's in it for you?

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what tasks and responsibilities you can expect in this role as a Tubing Operator:
  • Ensure safe and efficient tubing experiences for our guests
  • Provides an excellent guest experience
  • Attends daily operations meetings to gather information on resort operations
  • Controls flow of venue maze traffic and ensures guests are properly ticketed
We're Looking for Tubing Operators Who Can:
  • Take an interest in improving the experience of our guest
  • Quickly and concisely relay important information/instructions to guests, mountain dispatch and their teammates
  • Work well as a team so everyone enjoys their day at work
  • Stand outside in all weather for extended periods of time
  • Lift 50 pounds
  • Work weekends and holidays
