Apply now and contact Sophia at 888-###-#### to discuss this opportunity.Key Responsibilities* Oversee and Maintain Software Platforms: Manage and maintain software platforms including Viewpoint, SQL databases, Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and other critical systems.* Manage System Updates: Ensure smooth operations by managing system updates, patches, and new releases.* Design and Implement API Integrations: Develop and implement API integrations such as AnchoRock Safety or Procore to enhance system functionality.* User Account Management: Handle user account setup, permissions, and access management to ensure secure and controlled access.* Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create dashboards, reports, and drilldowns using Viewpoint and Procore to provide valuable insights and data analysis.* Collaborate with IT Team: Work closely with the IT team to optimize software solutions, improve processes, and address technical challenges.* Maintain Documentation: Keep thorough documentation of software processes and procedures to ensure continuity and compliance.* Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for software-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.What We're Looking For* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.* Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience with SQL server and database management.* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Viewpoint Construction Software, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure.
