- HP Non-Stop (Tandem) expert who understands the proprietary HP software especially the middleware - will need to pass Non-Stop interview
- Experience using the Non-Stop performance tools
- Basic software engineering experience (TACL and C++ preferred) - will need to pass basic coding test with my team
- This person must start from the St. Louis office on Day 1 - no exceptions
