Software Engineer 3 Job detailsPosted: 04 November 2024Location: San Francisco, CAJob type: PermanentReference: 942204Job description Title: Salesforce DeveloperLocation: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 12 MonthIn this role, you will:Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.Required Qualifications:4+ years of Salesforce application development or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.4+ years of experience in Lightning, LWC, APEX, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.3+ years of experience in Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Git/Github, VS Code with Salesforce extensions.Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning.3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services, integrations using APIs, middleware and ETL tools.3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming and Database Technologies.Good understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology, CI/CD.Desired Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.Salesforce Administrator Certification.Good understanding with AppExchange products and third-party integrations.Web development experience.SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.BS/BA degree or higher.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
