Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer (DevOps) with at least 3 years of relevant experience or a PhD in a related field. In this role, you will build and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AI platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and DevOps, collaborating with world-class teams to deliver seamless AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management systems.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines for seamless application delivery.
- Cloud Management: Optimize and maintain cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Monitoring & Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and security teams to streamline workflows and integrate DevOps best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Security: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry best practices for security and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related software engineering role, or a PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and associated services.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including vulnerability management and compliance.
- Familiarity with machine learning or AI deployment workflows.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
