Summary: We are seeking a skilled JavaScript engineer to play a crucial role in our Legacy Application Modernization project. This position will focus on designing, developing and maintaining JavaScript libraries that serve as the critical interface between our node-based backend systems and our cryptography platforms. Java-based libraries are available for reference. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating robust, efficient and secure JavaScript libraries for background integrations. Key Expectations:
- Design and develop high-performance JavaScript libraries that interface with various backend services, including legacy C++ applications and new services.
- Develop and maintain thorough unit and integration tests for all library functions.
- Collaborate with other backend teams to design and implement efficient API interfaces.
- Enough familiarity with the Java programming language to use Java-base libraries as a reference.
- Strong understanding of server side API's and inter-service communication protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to write clear documentation and explain complex technical concepts.

Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
