The Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our LLM-powered coaching product that serves Fortune 500 enterprises. In this role you will actively build this AI product, support the technical architecture and roadmap, and work on a nimble, product-focused team that is bringing a revolutionary new enterprise product to market. You will report to the Technical Lead, and indirectly to the CEO, who is the product visionary for this new product. What You'll Do
    • Lead the design strategy and execution for Valence's platform, ensuring that it is visually stunning, intuitive, and effective.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create designs that align with our business goals and resonate with our users.
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into powerful design solutions.
    • Develop and maintain design systems that enable our teams to move quickly and consistently as we scale.
    • Mentor and guide other designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
What you'll get

    • Visual and UX Design Expertise: Proficiency in modern design tools and methodologies, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create beautiful, functional, and user-friendly designs.
Location and Work Environment This is a primarily remote, work-from-home role in PT or ET. Candidates must be comfortable balancing colleagues in global timezones, as needed.
