Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in ColdFusion, Oracle Database, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems, ensuring seamless system integration, robust reporting capabilities, and effective project collaboration. You will play a key role in adapting the system to changes, managing integrations, and supporting system performance. Task Requirements: Provide Tier 3 technical support for the ARTIS system, ensuring the stability and efficiency of ColdFusion-based applications, Oracle Database, and SharePoint Online integration. Ensure the proper integration of ColdFusion applications with Oracle Database and SharePoint Online, adapting systems to changes in interfacing systems, as needed. Perform comprehensive system testing for End of Service Life (EoSL) initiatives, ensuring the ColdFusion-based system and Oracle database meet performance and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle SQL and BI Publisher or other approved reporting tools, to analyze and manage system data. Assist with Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) activities, providing remote support to ensure the continuity of system operations during outages or system upgrades. Write and execute advanced Oracle SQL queries to produce custom statistical reports based on ARTIS system data. Support large-scale data processing tasks in Oracle Database, ensuring efficient handling of consolidated data in cases of mass data updates. Lead system integration and testing efforts when hardware or software components of ARTIS are updated, ensuring seamless operation across ColdFusion, Oracle, and SharePoint Online environments. Qualifications: Proficiency in ColdFusion development and maintenance of web applications. Extensive experience working with Oracle Databases, including SQL development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data management. Familiarity with SharePoint Online, specifically its integration with ColdFusion and Oracle systems. Strong experience in developing reports using BI Publisher or other reporting tools integrated with Oracle Databases. Ability to lead system testing, integration, and deployments, ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements. Experience with Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) activities and system support for disaster recovery or failover scenarios. Strong experience managing software release cycles and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver quality system updates.
