Title: Software Engineer Location: 2375 N Glenville Dr. Richardson, TX Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Hybrid-Tuesday and Thursdays in Office Assignment Duration: 6 Months (Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: Potentially) Hours: M-F 8-5pm Rate Range: $55 to $65/hr Resource's typical working day:
- They will be working on the inhouse applications for our direct client
- Principally develops, maintains, enhances, and tests systems of the highest complexity.
- Performs the investigation and resolution of complex and critical data, system, and software issues in the production environment
- Contribute software development expertise to multiple projects and ensure that specifications are met. Conduct unit testing before releasing code to QA/UAT testing, perform code reviews, receive PR feedback in a positive note.
- Follow established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement.
- Well versed with databases and persists in maintenance and management.
- Actively participate in scrum events.
- Adhere to DevOps procedures.
- Performs the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Designs, develops, and maintains internal algorithms and tools for software development.
Years of Experience needed: 5+ Years of coding experience Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Systems/Software proficiencies: Develop application utilizing Golang (preferred) OR JAVA OR Python. Application Development / Software Engineering / REST API/ Design Patterns, SQL/SQL Server, RDBMS Concepts/ Docker containers, YAML file concepts/ LLMs understanding Top Must have Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Interview Process: Two interviews
