Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer for an award-winning world leading technology organization in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area. The Software Engineer will work a hybrid schedule working onsite Tuesday and Thursday and remote the remainder of the days. The Software Engineer will play a key role in developing new products related to security. Responsibilities for the Software Engineer include: •Design, develop, and implement quality software solutions •Work on multiple projects at a time and prioritize tasks accordingly •Participate in an Agile Scrum Team, understand sprints, and the importance of code testing •Collaborate effectively with fellow scrum team members •Deliver code with a focus on scale, performance, security, and reliability •Participate in code reviews Requirements for the Software Engineer include: •Over 3 years of professional software development experience •Open to working with multiple programming languages •Skilled in one or more of the following: Python, C, C++, Java •Foundational networking and security knowledge •Must be a US Citizen •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience Compensation of the Software Engineer:$100,000 -$125,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package #LI-AR2 #LI-ONSITE Keywords: Software Engineer, Software Developer, Python, C, C++, Java
