- Own production-level projects end to end in the blockchain space
- Lead backend distributed computing and infrastructure efforts (using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS)
- Push your first line of code within your first week and own key projects by the end of your first month
- Backend development primarily in Golang
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must be Golang expert
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Experienced in the blockchain and Web3 space
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS)
- Proven experience building, owning, and operating high-scale distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, automated testing)
