Job Summary: HYBRID in GREEN BAY Relocation is NOT provided: The role involves enhancing and maintaining internal applications for various business functions using tools like C#, Java, and SQL, requiring strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing business solutions, supporting production systems, and for senior engineers, coaching junior team members and leading projects. Responsibilities & Duties: - Develop business solutions using tools such as C#.Net, WPF, Java, EJBs, Wildfly/JBoss, Hibernate, RESTful WS, PL-SQL, SQL, Windows, Linux, and shell scripting. - Execute development and testing tasks as directed by senior engineers or managers. - Support production systems through bug maintenance and on-call duties. - Senior engineers will coach junior team members and lead small development projects. - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. - Relevant development experience: 3-5 years for Software Engineer II, 5 years for Sr. Software Engineer. - Proficiency with development tools such as C#, Java, and SQL. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills for relationship building and conflict resolution. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A candidate with strong development experience in C#, Java, and SQL, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead projects would excel in this role.
