Fixed Income Software Engineer

I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading trading execution FinTech, looking to hire Software Engineers into their New York office. The firm has been working with banks and hedge funds for the last two decades, and is now looking to hire highly skilled SWEs to expand their product offering into fixed income execution for the first time. This role will be entirely greenfield and will require an entrepreneurial spirit. You will work alongside a team of equally talented devs, QAs, and product managers, to build an entirely new EMS and eventually release the product on a global scale.

About the role:

• Work alongside a growing team to build a fixed income ETS, entirely from scratch
• The product will launch in the next 18 months to the firm's US clients, and the next project will be adapting for the firm's international clients
• The role will be hugely dynamic and challenging, and will involve an enormous amount of career growth
• You will likely work in Java or Python

About you:

• A true love of building and creating
• At least 5 years' experience in the fixed income space
• At least 5 years' experience of building EMS/OMS
• A desire to be challenged and excited in a new role

The client is offering up to $250,000 + bonus, with fantastic upside opportunity as the product achieves success. They are ideally looking for someone to start in early January.
