Customer Relations: Proven experience in managing customer relations, including understanding customer needs, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. System Development: Architect and develop advanced IoT systems for industrial applications. AI Integration: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement AI models for various applications, including computer vision models, AI predictive capabilities, and wheel detection systems. Field Support: Provide back-office and field support for IoT camera systems and robotic platforms. On-Call Rotation: Participate once a month on a 24/7 on-call rotation to address system incidents and operational requirements.
