This position is located in Irving. Here are the details. Gather and provide feedback from multiple locations to the IT Product Owners on potential new features and/or enhancements. Present at division, region and forecast meetings to provide updates on IT solutions and solicit feedback on future system enhancements. Subject matter trainings with a variety of audience members. Assist with the development of training materials when a new version of the ERP system is deployed Identify technology and business model problems and assist in developing solutions Assist with rollout of new features Develop relationships with all levels of employees at multiple office locations to understand their needs and challenges Work with the product development lifecycle of all product teams Assist in enhancing the product development lifecycle implementation and efficiency at the Service Center.
