Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software products across different releases.
Perform thorough functional testing to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software features.
Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios to effectively assess software quality and coverage.
Analyze project requirements and specifications to identify potential areas for testing and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product architecture, design, and implementation details for effective test planning and execution.
Estimate testing efforts accurately and provide input into project timelines and resource allocation.
Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Conduct mobile testing across various platforms and devices to ensure optimal user experience and compatibility.
Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement and skill development.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in manual software testing, with a focus on regression testing, functional testing, and test case development.
Proven expertise in analyzing project requirements and executing test cases across web and mobile applications.
Experience leading test case planning, estimation, and coverage.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Proficiency in mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Location:
Must be comfortable working a hybrid on-site in the Duluth, GA office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
