TELCOR RCM Software Support AnalystTELCOR Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications are designed to provide laboratories with billing and business management tools to help them grow their business. These products allow labs to effectively compete, improve operational efficiency, improve communication between the department and providers and promote compliance. The product line primarily targets clinical, pathology, molecular, public health/environmental and outreach labs.We are searching for a software support analyst to join our team in Q1 of 2025. In this role you will go through an extensive training program to learn the TELCOR RCM application. After which, you will work on a vibrant team of analysts to provide excellent service to TELCOR's customers. Primary responsibilities include providing support and education for the RCM product line in response to customer inquiries. You will escalate issues as appropriate and participate in managing RCM projects. Additional responsibilities include updating and maintaining application specifications; developing, maintaining and updating processes and procedures; developing and maintaining operational product knowledge; and participating in version upgrades and subsequent release activities.The ideal candidate will have proven technology experience, preferably in a position where you have provided technical support to end users of a complex application. Candidates with a college degree are preferred as are candidates with experience in finance, medical billing or healthcare insurance.
