ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide project development.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively.
Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure alignment with their goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and relationship management.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
